RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Online Merchandise can be exchanged or returned for a FULL REFUND back to original form of payment within 10 days of the date on the receipt of purchase. Online credit will be issued between 10-14 days of the date on the receipt of purchase. All items must be shipped to Flirt Boutique by the 10th day for a full refund and 14th day for store credit. Please notify Flirt Boutique at firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure you meet the return or exchange requirements. All merchandise must be in original condition and be unaltered, unwashed and unworn. Original tags must be attached and receipt is required. All sales are FINAL on SALE ITEMS and ACCESSORIES. This includes jewelry, hair accessories, intimates, and handbags.
In-Store merchandise can be exchanged or returned within 7 days for store credit ONLY.
Gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds. Purchases made with gift cards are not eligible for refund, ONLY store credit.
Shoes can be exchanged or returned based on Online or In-Store return policies described above but must be in the original box free of damage and blemishes. Please check sizing by trying them on indoors so to not blemish the soles.
Returning items from separate orders, combine them into one package and include the packing slips for each item.
Flirt Boutique recommends that you insure packages for tracking merchandise. Flirt Boutique is not responsible for any merchandise that is lost, stolen or mishandled in the return process. You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-3 business days at which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will need to send your original item back to our returns department. Once we have received your return, you will then be issued store credit to your online account for the returned item in which you may use to purchase a new size. We cannot guarantee the item you like will still be available when your return is received.

If your return does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return it, as it will be rejected. Flirt Boutique reserves the right to determine eligibility for returns and exchanges, and to update this policy at any moment without any notice.
If you believe you’ve received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color) contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect.
